Tulip ‘Purissima’
? Use: Beds, rock gardens, in patio planters, and woodland gardens. because it’s a Fosteriana tulip, ‘Purissima’ blooms in early in the spring-just when you need flowers the most.
? Exposure/Soil: Full-part sun (does best with some afternoon shade). Moist, well-drained soil, but not soggy. Place a layer of mulch over the bulbs in summer to keep them cool and remove again in the fall.
? Growth: Grows 18-20″ tall.
? Hardiness: Zone 3-8. Perennial. Bulb.

? Flower: Here’s a tulip that truly lives up to its name. ‘Purissima’ tulip develops pure white flowers with just a hint of cream through the center of each petal. This is the new and improved formerly known as the White Emperor Tulip.
